Hey pamela, what are your new year's resolutions? Do tell:)
I'm thinking SMILE more. It's a plan.
And stop with the exclammation!!!!!marks!!!!!!
Sounds good!!! But tell me, why no photo's of late?
Well, have been trying to upload REALLY INTERESTING and EYECATCHING pictures. But it all went horribly wrong:(
OIC. And no wintery walks, no creativity to report? No monthly resolutions post, no update on your house renovation, house move, health status, work in progress?
It's not ME it's THEM! They're just so blooming interesting!!!! They suck up all my time and energy!!!! They hook me in with their gorgeous crafty eyecandy!!!! Or they have all the solutions to my chaotic and grimy life!!!!! Or they're just THE BEST PEOPLE! like ever!!!!
Ah! So it's a digital holiday for you then? A real break from the blogging and social media? A get-on-with-the-real-world digi-sabbatical? A NO INTERNET interlude so that STUFF GETS DONE?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
looking on the bright side lol! |
See you soon folks

Hi Pamela
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog via your comment on "Frugal Queen's" blog. Ah, the other half. SNAP.
It ain't always easy to put your frugal/green intentions into practice when other people are not wholeheartedly in agreement.
Anyway, glad to have found your blog. I'll be back.
Happy New Year.
Stella
I wish you a great New year,I will be dropping in regularly,by the way when will your mid life crisis be over ? Ho Ho!
ReplyDeleteOh thank you and a Happy New year to you both:)
ReplyDeleteStella - it's a very real dilemma isn't it? When there is a basic diversion of views, and especially when the Other orders kitchen appliances online without prior discussion! Still, life is a compromise, and on some major life-choices and issues we tend to be in agreement, most of the time. Nice to meet you!
Angela - less of the MID-life, more of the ONGOING-life-crisis! Lovely to see you up north again:)

Thank you so much for your supportive comment on my blog, it means so much to me that there are so many kind and thoughtful people out there in blogland. I love reading your blog and have found some very inspirational posts and links on here. xxx

You're funny!!! I love your style and I'll be back to see how you succeed with the move...and the crafts...and gardens...and life! (Exclamation points added for your benefit in case you started missing them!!!)
ReplyDeleteI love the sideways photo. :) I had to force myself into a blog-reading hiatus last year because I was spending all my spare time reading about other people's creativity instead of spending any of mine making things. It was incredibly hard to stop; I missed knowing what people were up to. It took a couple of weeks before I got used to it.
ReplyDeleteLove to see this site, lol, you have a definite way with words! and a big Thank You for stopping by mine. It's so much fun imagining where my readers live. ;))
ReplyDeleteIt is hard to stay away from the internet, isn't it! (I use way too many exclaimation marks too!).
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year Pamela!!!!!

Many people have been complaining about the way blogger is displaying photos sideways. I upload them on flickr first, and then just copy and paste the html code. So far, so good!
ReplyDeleteHappy 2011!!!!!!!!! :)
Thank you all for your lovely comments and advice. I really must have a go with Flickr, in the meantime, no more photo's, sideways or anywhichways haha
